Instead of focusing only on changing behaviors or deciding who is right, EFT seeks to understand and transform the negative interaction cycle that keeps you stuck. The goal is to create a safe space where both of you can express your deepest emotions and needs, to rebuild a secure, resilient, and empathic bond.
Is there scientific support for your therapies?
Absolutely. That is our core principle. “Evidence-based psychology” is our commitment. Both Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) are supported by a wealth of studies demonstrating their effectiveness in both individual and couples interventions.
Does therapy just consist of talking about my problems?
No, it’s much more than that. While talking is essential, our approach is active and experiential. We use practical exercises, metaphors, and between-session tasks to help you develop new skills and promote change through lived experience—not just intellectual understanding.
